We manually verify each and every listing before we post it in order to ensure the details are accurate. If we have any questions, we will contact you directly before posting. Otherwise, it should be on our website within 24 hours.
Can I cancel my listing at any time?
Yes. There are no restrictions on length of listings. You can take your listingdown at any time.
Why does the bidding also include the buyer’s agent’s commission?
It’s simple – transparency! We want you to know the TOTAL commission fees so that there are no surprises. That’s why we ask the seller’s agents who are bidding for your listing to be up front about how much they feel comfortable with offering to the buyer’s agent.
How do I choose an agent?
After you’ve received several bids, the choice is yours! You can contact any one of the agents who submitted a bidfor an interview. Much like hiring any other professional, we recommend interviewing at least 3 before making your final decision. You may also choose to do some independent research of your own, by asking around or searching the agent’s website and profile online.
Do I have to choose an agent from your site once my listing is posted?
No. There’s no obligation whatsoever to choose an agent who bid on your listing from our site. If you found an agent outside of our site, simply cancel your listing. No harm, no foul.

Can I cancel my bid at any time?
You can cancel your bid at any time prior to acceptance by the seller.
Can I edit my bid after I posted it?
No. If you decide you want to change your bid in any way, you will have to cancel your current bid first, and then submit a new bid.
When do the listings expire?
There are no restrictions on the length of listings. They expire only when the seller takes down the posting which can happen at any time with no advanced notice.
